This hotel is located on a hill just out of town, which gives it a beautiful view of the nearby landscape. The rooms with double beds are spacious and comfortable, and the added bonus of a kitchen is a great convenience. The hotel is kept extremely clean, from the rooms to the private bathrooms. Additionally, the breakfast included in the rates is delicious, especially the tropical fruits.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

Mystic Ridge is a lovely clean hotel to stay in. I had just got married & stayed there as honeymoon vacation. The staff was very friendly & helpful, the breakfast options were tasteful however there is not many choices for vegetarians.

Lovely cosey friendly atmosphere. Chose this location because of the price so didnt have high expectations for the quality. But I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Room was well kept clean and cosy. No complaints

The lady who checked us in that night was great, friendly and helpful. I found the lady on duty in the morning/day to be less friendly and helpful.

Spent Christmas here and it was a lovely experience. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the location was perfect, close to many attractions and restaurants.

The property could use some updating and maintenance. Some of the amenities were not in the best condition, such as the pool and the tennis court.

1)The Hill 2)The coffee machine takes too long to brew 3)Need a shower curtain in the bathroom. The whole floor was flooded after a shower, leaking in the room on the wood floor. That could save the company money for repairs from water damage.

I loved staying in this hotel for its clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, including a pool that was well-maintained and perfect for a refreshing swim. The location of the hotel on a hill provided a stunning view of the surrounding area. The hotel staff were also incredibly helpful and made my stay enjoyable. Additionally, this hotel was located conveniently close to the vibrant downtown area, where I could immerse myself in the local culture.

Great value for the money! Loved the location and the views of the city were amazing. Walking distance from the beach, restaurants and shops made it easy to explore the city. The pool was a great size and perfect for relaxation.

Although the rooms were spacious, they could use some updating in the furniture. , the breakfast options were limited and could use a little variety.

We did not have enough towels, only 2 were supplied when the reservation which was booked in April and paid for stated that 4 people were traveling. We had 1/4 role of toilet paper, which was insulting. After my husband and myself used the toilet, we had to call room service to request room, how embarrassing. On August 11th it rained so badly, my entire family was stained in our rooms. My 3 year old and 7 year olds started to cry for hunger. I told them they had to wait until the rain stopped because we were flooded in. The entire path outside was covered in water, we could not leave the room. However, after hours of waiting, with my kids crying and getting under my skin, I had to take them to find food. We therefore had to walk in the nasty, muddy water to go to the restaurant. When I complained about the facilities and what we had to do, all we got was a, I'm sorry from the manager. That's just not ok with me, Mystic could have done something about our situation, or to make us feel like valued customers. No, based on this experience, Mystic will not be a preferred choice for us on our next trip to Jamaica.

The staff, facilities, and location were incredible. Awesome inside restaurant, bar, and swimming pool. Conveniently located in the heart of Ocho Rios. Close to famous attractions such as Mystic Mountain and Dolphin Cove. The grounds were beautiful, and the rooms were comfortable.

it was quiet and clean .no fun or activites.have to hit the town for that.but over all it was a good stay.most of the staff was pleasant and helpful.

Lovely two bed room loft suite offered privacy and spaciousness for couple and adult child. Liked the fact that there were 8 separate buildings, with nicely kept grounds between them. Many units were newly renovated. Hillside location close to town and shopping and sites was nice, yet offered seclusion and quiteness. Included breakfasts were sumptious and delightful. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice pool and veranda areas.
